Since its inception in 2008, FundRazr has earned numerous awards and
accolades, including a spot on Forbes’ list of top crowdfunding portals
for startups, charities and individual projects in 2013. Following an
impressive rollout this past February, FundRazr now allows projects to
raise money in 37 countries and 26 currencies. No wonder the community

Diverse Funding Options
In 2013, the bulk of funds raised on FundRazr went towards illness,
medical and health-related causes. While the portal does accept projects
of all kinds, it clearly excels at non-profit and personal-cause
crowdfunding. With that said, it has recently embraced equity
crowdfunding, providing additional avenues for startups and
entrepreneurs to raise capital.
