The O3 System Science and Design
Powered by a “corona discharge” ozone generator, the system injectsoxygen-converted ozone into a reservoir of water to kill bacteria,
dissolve organics and oxidize metals. Using a rechargeable on-board air
drier, the system promises an efficient “ozonator” that is both safe and
affordable. This makes the O3 system perfect for a variety of
situations, ranging from camping to disaster relief.
To expand market reach, the project promotes two models of the O3
System – a Mini and Mega version. The Mini cleans up to five gallons of
water, whereas the Mega can sanitize rural holding tanks and slow wells.
Both models are particularly useful for areas prone to severe weather
and earthquakes, though the mega model is best suited for long-term use.
